Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh interpersonal conflict, role conflict, dan work-family conflict terhadap kepuasan kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat wanita di RS Aisyiyah Muntilan. Berdasarkan pengumpulan sampel dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 52 responden. Data penelitian merupakan data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada perawat wanita. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan alat bantu aplikasi program SPSS for Windows version 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Interpersonal conflict berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (2) Role conflicttidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. (3) Work-family conflict berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.
