Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between teacher performance and school infrastructure facilities with student achievement in SD Gugus Krida Wiyata Year 2017/2018. The research method used is correlational quantitative research with population of all elementary school teachers in Gugus Krida Wiyata as many as 106 teachers from 7 elementary schools, and the sample amounted to 30 teachers from 5 elementary schools. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. Hypothesis data analysis using multiple linear regression test with the help of SPSS 23.00 for windows. The result of this research shows that 1) There is no positive and significant correlation between teacher performance with student achievement in SD Gugus Krida Wiyata District of Magelang Tengah with significance value equal to 0,476 and percentage 1,8%. 2) There is no positive and significant correlation between school facilities and infrastructure with student achievement in SD Gugus Krida Wiyata District of Magelang Tengah with significance value equal to 0,960 and percentage 1,4%. 3) There is no positive and significant correlation between teacher performance and school infrastructure and student achievement of Elementary School Gugus Krida Wiyata District of Magelang Tengah with significance value 0,776 and percentage 2%. Thus it can be concluded that there is no positive and significant relationship between teacher performance and school infrastructure facilities on student achievement SD Krug Wiyata Element Year 2017/18.
